Hurricane Sandy Hits Port Washington, New York

Hurricane Sandy came by the Northeast Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday -- October 28-30 -- it could be felt further inland to the west for a few days after that. Destruction and dismay were left behind. We can count ourselves somewhat lucky here in Port, as it could have been so much worse. We are praying for all those who were affected by the storm and hope we can get through this as soon as possible.
